The magic of nature’s wonderful tastes and designs is reflected in our woodland lunches through the year. Fresh exotic lettuce, herb leaves and edible flower petals are arranged in harmony with our delectable aged cheese open-face sandwiches. Fresh fruit and vegetables appear in symphonic shapes beside fanciful fruit soup. A Drekel’s Delight dessert or a thirst-quenching “Algae” drink are commonplace. We grow and work with many local farmers to serve organic produce that promotes good health and exudes the best flavor.
